A: The best way to determine this is to email us at sales@welovemacs.com with your machine serial number, NOT the serial number of the Video Card and sales will email you the correct part to order. You can also check your EEE code on your Video Card. To be sure you are ordering the correct replacement part for your computer, make sure the EEE code of your existing Video Card corresponds to one of the EEE codes listed below in notes.

EEE Code Note: All Apple Video Card have a special three digit "EEE" code embedded in the Video Card serial number which positively identifies the part. Please note that this is the serial number of the Video Card, NOT the serial number of the machine. The Video Card serial number is on a tag which has the format "xxxxxxxEEEx". The "EEE" code is the three letters immediately preceding the last digit of the serial number.

How do I know that this is the right video card for my system?

The best way to figure out whether this video card is the correct one is to try and match up any of the manufacturer or Apple part numbers with your existing video card and/or system. If you are upgrading your video card you can also use our Video Wizard selector for a greater selection.

This card comes with S-Video, DVI and VGA connections, for Apple branded displays with a ADC connector it requires a 3rd party adaptor which we carry.

ATI Products gives a 3 year warranty on all manufacturing defects. ATI Products provides technical support by email at support.ati.com. The video card in unopened or unused packaging may be returned for refund minus shipping to We Love Macs within 14 days of delivery. If product has been returned with all parts and documentation but is opened a 15% repackaging and testing fee will apply. After the 14 days you may contact WLM for repair or replacement only. If product is damaged during installation it cannot be returned.
