Warranty
Rain Design gives a 1 year warranty on all manufacturing defects. Defective product can be sent directly to Rain Design. The product in unopened or unused packaging may be returned for refund minus shipping to We Love Macs within 14 days of delivery. If product has been returned with all parts and documentation but is opened a 30% repackaging fee will apply. After the 14 days you may contact Rain Design.com for repair or replacement only. Return information is included in your documentation.
