iWork must be installed on your startup volume (the partition of your hard disk that contains a System folder for Mac OS X).
Previously-installed versions of iWork ’05 on the same volume will not be affected by iWork ’06 installation. During installation, files related to iWork ’06 are placed on your hard disk in the following locations:
The applications are placed in the folder /Applications/iWork '06.
The iWork Tour is placed in the folder /Library/Application Support/iWork '06.
PDF files of the user’s guides are placed in the folder /Library/Documentation/Applications/iWork '06.
This item does not ship in retail packaging. You will receive a factory-original DVD only.
Documentation for Pages User Guide and Keynote User Guide is included on the DVD in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
