How do I tell what
Generation nano do I have?
The first Gen nano
came in both 2GB and 4GB and was in the white or black plastic color
only.
The second Gen nano2
came in 2/4/8GB and came in 5 different colors. The cases on these are
a brushed aluminum.

now, new Nano came in (4GB and 8GB) with video. The
cases on these are a brushed aluminum.
