EyeHome allows you to access the digital content you have stored on your Mac - photos, music, video, movies - and enjoy it on your TV and home entertainment system.

EyeHome features an easy-to-use and remote-controlled TV interface. From the main menu's list of "EyeTV" recorded television, "Movies", "Music", "Pictures" and "Internet Services", you can simply access your library of digital content.

Using EyeHome is a snap. EyeHome accesses your existing iPhoto, iTunes, Movies and EyeTV content from your Mac on the TV. The content appears on the TV organized as it is on the Mac, making it incredibly easy to navigate and find the correct digital content.

EyeHome can be used without the hassle of having to install and learn a new application or reorganize any files on the Mac.

From EyeHome’s easy-to-use remote-controlled TV interface, you choose from a list of “EyeTV” recorded television, “Movies,” “Music,” “Pictures” and Internet “Services” to play your library of digital content.

EyeHome is designed to work together with EyeTV to allow Mac users to watch all of their recorded EyeTV content on the TV. From EyeHome’s EyeTV menu, you will find all your recordings listed alphabetically by title, along with the date and duration of the recording.

Features
Movies: EyeHome directly accesses all the content in your Movies folder. You can scroll through your list of movies or search through your video library by using the Search command at the top of the screen. EyeHome supports the most popular digital video formats MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 and DivX.

Music: From the Music menu, EyeHome accesses your entire iTunes music library so you can play it from the television and connected home entertainment system. Your iTunes library and all of your iTunes Playlists – including Smart Playlists, Artist, Album and Genre – are displayed alphabetically. After selecting a Playlist, you can scroll through to select individual tracks, or use the Play button at the top of the window to play the whole list. You also have the option to search for individual tracks by name.

Pictures: Your entire iPhoto library is viewable in EyeHome. You have the option to view individual pictures, the entire library or Slideshows of your organized Photo Albums. Even the personalized music that you assigned is maintained when playing a Slideshow on the TV.

Internet Services: EyeHome allows you to access the Internet on your television. Featuring an extensive catalog of Internet radio stations, pre-selected news sites, as well as support for Mac OS X Safari bookmarks, it is easy to choose which web sites you want to view on your TV.

Connecting EyeHome: The EyeHome connects your television and home entertainment system with your computer, creating a bridge between them.

EyeHome connects: To the TV (via standard video and audio connections) Video: Composite, SCART (RGB or S-Video)

Audio: RCA or optical digital To your Mac

Home network router, hub or switch via the included Ethernet cable; or Wireless 802.11g network, using an optional wireless Ethernet Adapter (802.11g); or Directly to your Mac, by using a crossover Ethernet cable (not included).
