You may return this product in unopened packaging for for full credit minus shipping to We Love Macs within 14 days of delivery. Open product will be charged a 30% testing and repackaging fee. We will charge for any missing or damaged documentation, accessories or packaging. After the 14 days you may contact Prime Entertainment for repair or replacement only. Return information is included in your documentation.
