This is version 2 (see picture)

This fan bracket can be installed only in computers with the version 2 enclosure, part number 922-3858.

Version 1 and version 2 fan brackets are similar. To differentiate, check the screw holes on the lower edge of the bracket. Version 1 bracket includes tabs for the screw holes. Version 2 screw holes are recessed into the bracket.
