You may return this BlueTooth Wireless Headphones in unopened packaging for full credit minus shipping to We Love Macs within 14 days of delivery. We will charge a 15% testing and repackaging fee if the Headphones package is open. We will charge for any missing or damaged documentation, accessories or packaging. After the 14 days you may contact Logitech for repair or replacement only. Return information is included in your documentation
