The Adapter plugs into any USB port on your Mac or PC. It provides one DB9 serial port for connection to the Palm organizer, Sharp Wizard or Windows CE PDA
Plugs into a USB port on a Macintosh or Windows 98 PC
Provides one RS-232 male DB9 port for direct connection to a PDA cradle or synchronization cable.(A Palm MacPac is not required.)

Manufacturer gives a 1 year warranty on all manufacturing defects. Defective product can be sent directly to manufacturer. The USA-19Q in original packaging may be returned for refund to We Love Macs within 14 days of delivery.
