Monster gives a 1 year limited warranty on this product. Please register your product with Monster. Monster provides technical support by telephone at 415-840-2000. You may return this Monster® iCase Travel Pack in unopened packaging for full credit minus shipping to We Love Macs within 14 days of delivery. We will charge a 30% testing and repackaging fee if the Case package is open. We will charge for any missing or damaged documentation, accessories or packaging. If Monster is unable to solve any compatibility issues a repackaging fee may still apply.
