Description
Featuring a high performance Silicon tuner and full QuickTime support, AlchemyTV DVR lets you watch TV in full screen mode on your PowerMac and schedule recording allowing you program the time and date for your recordings in a few easy steps. Your favorite TV program will be recorded onto your hard drive for later viewing or export to VCD or DVD.
With its TV/Antenna input, composite, S-VHS inputs and stereo audio connector, AlchemyTV DVR can tune in to any TV station or record from your VCR. The Mac OS X compatible software allows you to select the supported QuickTime plug-in of your choice. This allows you to fine tune the level of video quality and size you desire. Fast PowerMacs can even capture straight to the new MPEG-4 codec

The full QuickTime supports allows you to choose the right video codec for your recordings. If you wish to edit the capture programs and export them to VCD or DVD, Motion-JPEG is the right choice. Alternatively, the new MPEG-4 format will give you great picture quality and reduced space requirements making it easy to store on your hard drive
Dual card support, AlchemyTV DVR can be used in a dual card configuration, an essential feature for streaming servers capturing from an analogue video source

You may return this product in unopened packaging for for full credit minus shipping to We Love Macs within 14 days of delivery. Open products will be charged a 30% testing and repackaging fee. We will charge for any missing or damaged documentation, accessories or packaging. If Miglia is unable to solve any compatibility issues a repackaging fee may still apply.
