iPod Music & Bluetooth Enabler
Description
Just plug in your headphones to the myTalker and listen to your music, if a call comes in your music will mute and you can take the call. When the call is complete the music starts playing again.
Take your calls without missing a beat. myTalker™, the Bluetooth™ gateway from Tekkeon, turns your iPod or MP3 player into a Bluetooth headset. This tiny accessory uses your own music headphones for your calls, so there’s no need to miss a call, or frantically juggle your headphones and mobile phone. You answer and make calls with a single touch of the gateway. And you have one-touch access to advanced calling features like last number redial, voice dialing, and call waiting.
myTalker clips to your shirt or collar, and connects between your iPod or MP3 player, and your music headphones. The gateway uses Bluetooth v1.2 technology to communicate with your Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone. You answer and make calls directly from myTalker, so there’s no need to hold your phone. Simply store it anywhere in close proximity.
A rechargeable lithium polymer battery is built into myTalker to provide up to 5 hours of talk time and 120 hours of standby time. Your music headphones become the speaker for a call, and you communicate through the microphone integrated into myTalker. Visual and audible indicators provide headset status and low-battery notification.
myTalker connects to all iPod models, and any MP3 player with a standard audio jack. myTalker connects to any Bluetooth v1.1 or v1.2 mobile phone, and supports both the headset and handsfree profiles. Warranty
Tekkeon gives a 1 year limited warranty. Please register your product with Tekkeon. Tekkeon provides technical support by telephone at 888-787-5888. You may return this product in unopened packaging for for full credit minus shipping to We Love Macs within 14 days of delivery. Open product will be charged a 30% testing and repackaging fee. We will charge for any missing or damaged documentation, accessories or packaging. If Tekkeon is unable to solve any compatibility issues a repackaging fee may still apply.
