Belkin gives a 1 year limited warranty on this product. Please register your product with Belkin. Belkin provides technical support by telephone at 310-898-1100 ext. 2263. You may return this UPS Battery Back-up in unopened packaging for full credit minus shipping to We Love Macs within 14 days of delivery. We will charge a 30% testing and repackaging fee if the Battery Back-up package is open. We will charge for any missing or damaged documentation, accessories or packaging. If Belkin is unable to solve any compatibility issues a repackaging fee may still apply.
