What do we need to proceed?
A: We need
Art work will be provided by customer in digital format. Any Adobe or
Corel file types. (jpeg, Ai, PSD, PCX, DWG, ect...)

What will I get?
A: iPod will
be laser etched with a frost like etching.
Q:
What is the quantity that we need to order?
A:
There is no quantity too small, but pricing goes down for more items ordered.
Q:
Are colors available?
A:
No, your iPod will be laser etched with a frost like etching. Lighting adds
a 3-D like effect to the etching.
Q:
Is there a set up fee?
A: Yes a first
time set up fee of $50.00 will be charged (Except for single orders).
Q:
What does the one time set up fee cover?
A: Digitizing
your art to be used for the etching process and any future orders.
Q:
How does it work?
A:
We use a low power laser that will not cause any harm to your electronics it
just etches the surface of the metal. Our capabilities for artwork is endless
graphics, logos, custom art or just names can all be etched to your personal
electronic. Q:
Will the etching come off?
A:
No, it is permanent.
Q:
Is there any logo or artwork you can't etch?
A:
No, it's up to you to provide us with what you would like on your product.
Q:
Who is responsible for shipping cost of the iPods to you?
A:
The customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from. If this is a personal
iPod you must ship us the iPod for us to etch and then pay (Ground $6.00) shipping
back to you.
Q:
Will the back of my iPod get damaged from this etching?
A:
No
Q:
Can you Laser etch on the front plastic of the iPod?
A: Yes
Q:
Do you want the logo on the front, back and or sides?
A: Sides are
not possible on some iPods.
Q:
How and where would you like the logo positioned?
A: There are
no extrta fees for any of the above.
Q:
I have a need for a product give away from our company or I have another
device I want etched can this be done?
A: Yes, Let
us know your product request and we will give you a Quote.
Q:
How long will it take to get my product Laser Etched?
A: Lead times
may vary, depending on the logo and pending orders. We try to keep the
wait time as low as possible for best results. If you have a deadline
let us know and we will work with your company.
