They also do their best to restore each system to their factory specifications. This includes replacing any parts that have failed, cleaning the units and insuring that they function properly. We Love Macs warranties every Pre-Owned monitors we sell for 30 days. As with any used product, some minor scratches may be present solely on the casing, and these minor cosmetic defects are not covered under the 30 day warranty. The monitor undamaged and complete may be returned for full refund minus shipping to We Love Macs within 14 days of delivery. We do not pay for return shipping cost. Any damage during transit must be reported to the carrier and WLM within 2 day of receiving the package.
