A: They are made of Polycarbonate- a strong, shatter proof hard plastic. They have a rubberized seal around the edge, where the two haves snap together.

Q. Can I use all of the features of my iPod without removing the case?
A. Yes, the control wheel, headphone jack, port, and hold switch are all accessible. You can't put it in a dock without removing the case- but you can plug things into the bottom.

Q. Will it fit on my iPod?
A. SeeThru Lucid will fit on any 2nd gen iPod nano (aluminum). It will not fit on older, 1st generation iPod nano.
