Shipping Methods

This list contains the shipping methods We Love Macs offer:

  • We Love Macs will correct any shipping mistakes on online orders with or without verification from the customer.
  • We may substitute a more suitable shipping method at our discretion.
  • i.e. We may use UPS or Fedex  for overseas shipping instead of Airmail or Express mail.
  • The charges listed are the approximate costs for small shipments in a letter-sized envelope.
  • If you prefer the package left with no signature required please add $1.00 extra per order.
  • Arrival times of packages are in business days (Monday through Friday), unless Fedex Priority Saturday is requested on Friday before 1:00PM PST.
  • Insurance is not available for any mail shipments, so we recommend shipping only low value items through mail.
  • Any item shipped by mail over $100 will require a signed waiver.
  • Mail shipments are shipped every Friday.
  • If you wish to pick the order up at our office, please choose the Will Call option.
  • If there is a shipping method not listed and you have your own account number for that method, you may enter the number in the "your fedex account number" field.


    1. UPS Ground (Continental US) $6.00 & up, 3-10 days

    2.  Next Day Air (USA, Fedex) $18 & up
         a.)   Must place order before 1:00PM PST
         b.)   Please note Saturday & Sunday are not considered shipping days for UPS or Fedex unless Saturday delivery is requested

    3. Fedex Saturday Overnight (USA) $25 & up
        a.)   Ordered before Friday 2:00PM PST

    4. International Express (Fedex or UPS) $19 & up, 2-5 days excluding customs

    5. USPS International Airmail $1.00 & up, 3-28 days
        a.)   Insured up to $100

    6. US Airmail to PO, FPO, and APO boxes only
        a.)   Insured up to $100

    7. Your Fedex, UPS, DHL account
        a.)   Insert account # in comments

    8. Add to a previous unshipped order
        a.)   include order # in comments

    9. Will call (Customer pick up); No Charge

    10. Fedex Continental US 2 day $12 & up

    11. Fedex/UPS Continental US 3-5 $9.00 & up
          a.)   Alaska & Hawaii are unavailable for 3-5 day, use Fedex 2 day
