Software WarrantyOpend box software is non-returnable, non-refundable and no credits will be applied.
Software "cannot" be returned unless it is uninstallable due to a physical problem with the media, in which case it will be replaced with the same item. If "ANY" software is authorized for return it will have an automatic 30% restocking fee.
It is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any software purchased will work with their machine. We Love Macs does not offer technical support for any software we sell.
Software warranty is limited to the manufacturers warranty.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order is incomplete or you did not receive what you ordered, you must notify us within 7 days of the date the product was delivered to the shipping address, or we will not be responsible. There are no returns after 14 days.
You must get prior authorization before returning a product to us.
We only accept returns in the same condition and packaging in which they were shipped. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be returned to you.
Within 14 days of the delivery date, you may return unopened/uninstalled product you purchased from us for a refund/exchange without a restocking fee, after 14 days there will be a 15% - 30% restocking fee.
Products recieved incomplete, opened or damaged will be subject to a 20%-30% restocking fee.
