Description
Tempo Trio does not currently support Deep Sleep, under OS X, on Quicksilver machines. Drive Formatting: Supports Apple Drive Setup Utility (version 1.5 or later) or other third party software.

Power is closely regulated throughout Tempo Trio, so devices drawing different, specific voltages on the FireWire and USB busses are delivered optimal levels at all times

High capacity (larger than 137GB) hard drives are supported in OS 9.x and OS 10.2.x using firmware version 3.5.0 or later.

Beige Power Macintosh G3 Minitower and Desktop machines with a revision 3 logic board may experience incompatibility issues with the Trio card. Sonnet is currently working to resolve this issue; check back here periodically for updates. To determine your machine's logic board revision, check the ROM revision information listed in Apple System Profiler; if it is $77D.45F2, your machine has a revision 3 logic board.

Warranty
Sonnet gives a 1 year limited warranty on this product. Please register your product with Sonnet. Sonnet provides technical support by telephone at 1-949-472-2772. You may return this Sonnet ATA FireWire Card in unopened packaging for full credit minus shipping to We Love Macs within 14 days of delivery. We will charge a 30% testing and repackaging fee if the Card package is open. We will charge for any missing or damaged documentation, accessories or packaging. If Sonnet is unable to solve any compatibility issues a repackaging fee may still apply.
