The first and the only USB2.0 to Ultra SCSI adapter, USB-XFormer is up to 40 times faster than the current USB 1.1 adapters on the market.

Furthermore, this is not just a 1-to-1 adapter. For Mac only one SCSI device can be connected. For PC users up to 7 SCSI devices may be connected to one USB-XFormer, providing the best value per adapter!

USB 2.0 is backward compatible with the well-established USB 1.1 standard. This high-speed specification offers transfer speeds up to 480Mbps (faster than Firewire, and 40 times faster than USB 1.1). Windows, Mac, Linus and other operating system have adopted USB as a versatile and popular interface.

  • USB-XFormer will change any SCSI device into a portable, plug-n-play USB 2.0 device that can operate up to 480mbs. USB-XFormer can also operate with USB 1.1 systems
  • The USB-XFormer can auto-detect any available termination power source (switching between USB, SCSI and external power on-the-fly) depending on devices and usage
  • Multiple logical units (LUN) devices such as DVD-RAM and DVD+RW are also supported
