Description
The USB Device Controller is Power-Users’ dreams come true.

The USB Device Controller improves stability and performance for high-speed USB devices by manually controlling downstream connections.

Since USB controller (the chip inside your computer) only provides 12Mbs of transfer rate, therefore every additional USB device connected to your system must share this limited bandwidth.

The Device Controller selectively connects USB devices to the system, thus preventing wasteful bandwidth allocation and conserving bus power.
