Warranty

All of our memory is guaranteed to work in the application for which you ordered it. Most of our memory carries a lifetime warranty. Individual items may also carry a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the specific product's description for information. We Love MacsŪ accepts no returns without an RMA number:

REPAIR or EXCHANGE

We Love MacsŪ accepts no returns without an RMA number. WLM reserves the right to refuse any product items for RMA that are not sent back in the original packaging. All documentation, software, and packaging must be present before returning. We also reserve the right to refuse any items with damaged packaging.

LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES, REFUND of SHIPPING CHARGES

Damaged packages or goods must be reported with 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Lost shipments must be reported within one week of expected arrival. Claims can not be processed outside of these time periods. Use the form below to reship a lost shipment, claim the insurance for loss or damage of a shipment, and request refund for a delayed shipment. The courier (UPS, USPS, Airborne, Fedex or DHL) will make the final decision regarding your credit.

ADVANCED REPLACEMENT

If you require an advanced replacement for a defective or incorrectly shipped order, please email below. We will charge your credit card for the advanced replacement and credit it when it is returned. We will include a UPS ground label for the returned part for all domestic orders.

If you need a different part number, return your part for credit and reorder the correct part.

If you ordered the wrong part or wish to have your money refunded, please email customer support for an RMA number (WLM accepts no returns without an RMA number):
